Over the course of the past few months I’ve been producing a set of 'Speed Ambient' music, a set of 'Pure Ambient' music, and a 'Deep Ambient' set. All three genres are intended to produce a palpable benign alteration in energy flow and frequency, thereby improving mood and outlook, encouraging enhanced vitality and otherwise reinforcing the spirits and courage to tackle the various challenges life throws in your path.

The Speed Ambient set is high-tempo, primarily exciting and stimulating, motivating and energising and produced for use on the dance floor, driving to and for moving meditation in general. It comprises six pieces of approximately 18 minutes each to form the sonic backdrop to a multidimensional journey, either in modules or as a whole.

The Pure Ambient set is slow-tempo, primarily for a soothing, softening and decelerating effect and produced to provide a sonic enhancement for all sorts of meditation practice, ranging from sitting through to martial arts, yoga, or simply just trying to get to sleep at night. It consists of two pieces, one 28 minutes, the other 20 minutes.

The Deep Ambient set is mid-tempo, primarily for a deepening effect on reality, whether listening for relaxation or dancing around the living room while doing the ironing.

The three genres complement each other and are the natural result of more than 30 years dedicated experimentation in soulful recorded and live music for healing and empowerment.
